New from Valley Design Corp. are fired 99.6% tape cast thin-film substrates measuring 300 mm in diameter and 0.060 in. thick. The company also manufactures these substrates in thicknesses from 0.010 to 0.080 in. They are available for immediate delivery in prototype quantities. The material is suitable not only for the usual thin-film applications, but also for electrostatic wafer chucks.
