CHA Industries has developed resistance power supplies for use with thermal sources in high-vacuum deposition systems. The RPS series is available with 5000- and 2000-W outputs to supply single or dual thermal deposition sources. The devices feature large, pushbutton-switchable digital displays of voltage and current, and are available either in rack-mounted or console configurations. The company says they are compatible with most thermal sources and high-vacuum deposition systems, and can be interfaced with popular modules of deposition controllers.
