Signal Recovery has released version 3.10 of its Acquire data-acquisition software, adding support for its boxcar averager products and enabling their use for waveform recording and static gate measurements. Up to 10 compatible instruments can be controlled in both remote front panel and data recording operational modes. Systems can be configured using a boxcar averager and a lock-in amplifier by using the amplifier's auxiliary outputs and inputs to control the boxcar's gate delay time while recording its output. The software can be downloaded from the company's Web site for evaluation or upgrade.
