Suitable for color line-scan inspections, the Tapix LXD 8000@14000 from Tattile srl incorporates a seven-tap CCD and a full Camera Link connection. It operates in color mode at 7000 lines per second and in black and white at 14,000 lines per second with 8160-pixel resolution. The camera also operates in a combination color and black-and-white mode at 7000 lines per second with an RGB resolution of 4096 pixels and a black-and-white 8160-pixel resolution. Features include a quadralinear scan CCD sensor, 3 X 4096-pixel RGB resolution, selectable area of interest, and spatial and shading correction.
