Suitable for capturing high-speed events or pulsed activities, the SU320MSW-1.7RT Windowed Snapshot MiniCamera from Sensors Unlimited Inc. has four preset region-of-interest (ROI) windows that range in size from 200 X 200 down to 16 X 16 pixels. It achieves resolution of 320 X 256 on a 25-µm pitch, operates in daylight or room-lit conditions, and enables complete control over the ROI window size, position and integration time. It enables full-frame imaging via composite video and 12-bit digital RS-422, and delivers 100% fill factor and >70% QE from 1000 to 1600 nm. The device features onboard nonuniformity corrections and antiblooming protection, and draws <1.6 W. It is suitable for pulsed laser beam profiling, short-wave infrared machine vision, motion analysis and thermal imaging.
