Uncooled multispectral photodetectors from Vigo System SA target applications involving both pulsed CO₂ and Nd:YAG lasers. Based on 3-D heterostructures of HgCdTe, the detectors have a spectral range from 500 nm to 12 µm and are optimized for dual-wavelength performance at 1.06 and 10.6 µm. Response time at 10.6 µm is 1 ns. The detectors come in TO-39 packages, and the company offers custom packages, active areas and windows.
