Sightech Vision Systems' Eyebot is a trainable, self-learning machine vision system that does not require a frame grabber, a PC or software. Compatible with any NTSC or PAL camera, it inspects up to 3600 parts per minute, identifying variations in positioning, orientation and lighting while ignoring background clutter. Multiple training sessions can be saved to memory, and the system retrains in minutes. It "learns" the specifications of good parts and signals the user when it sees any deviation. Its patented Neuro-RAM algorithm allows it to learn up to 13 million features per second.
