Their modular design increases versatility and flexibility, and they can be configured for various sample sizes. The microscopes are suitable for inspecting semiconductors, flat panel displays, packages, electronics, substrates, materials and medical devices. The instruments accommodate sample heights from 47 to 82 mm and can accept industry-supplied stages to handle samples up to 116.5 mm tall. All stages have a triple-plate design for durability
