The Broadband single-mode fiber delivery system from Point Source Ltd. enables 405- to 650-nm light to be transmitted simultaneously down the same fiber while maintaining polarization and TEM₀₀ performance. The system features >70% coupling efficiency for most lasers, spatially filtered diffraction-limited output, rugged stainless steel construction and a high beam pointing stability. It uses the kineMatix plug-and-play manipulator, which provides for complete modularity between a multiple laser subsystem and the instrument head with minimal insertion loss variation, to enable mechanically stable integration. Customized options are available for OEM applications.
