Its broadband spectral range is from 0.19 to 20 µm, maximum average power density is 8 kW/cm² at 500 W, and maximum energy density is 3 J/cm², with an energy threshold of 100 mJ. Power noise level is 25 mW, power accuracy is ±3%, response time with display (0 to 95%) is 2.5 s, and linearity with power is ±1%.
