Ulis SAS has launched a line of 25-μm-pixel-pitch silicon infrared detectors. The UL 02 15 2 has a 160 × 120-pixel array, thermal time constant of <7 ms, a CMOS readout circuit, a 70% area fill factor and an 8- to 14-μm spectral response. It also has an electrical interface that includes analog and digital video outputs. The UL 04 17 1 has a 640 × 480-pixel array with windowing capability and signal response of 7 mV/K. Its focal plane temperature is stabilized by an integrated thermoelectric cooler. The UL 03 19 1 has a 384 × 288-pixel array, windowing capability, and analog and digital outputs.
