Unaxis Balzers Ltd., a manufacturer and developer of components for projection display systems in Balzers, Liechtenstein, and Premier Image Technology Corp., a digital still and compact camera manufacturer in Taipei, Taiwan, have signed a global licensing agreement. The nonexclusive agreement covers patents that are related to Unaxis’ ColorWheels and that are in force in the US as well as corresponding patents in Europe and Asia either granted or pending. The product is used for sequential color management in multimedia projection systems such as Digital Light Processing technology.
