To meet the demand for operator and maintenance training on its precision lithography systems, Suss MicroTec Inc. has augmented the training facilities at its headquarters in Munich, Germany. The expansion includes two seminar rooms with Internet access and digital projection systems. Hands-on training is conducted in a 250-sq-m, class 1000 cleanroom applications area.
