The Mantis Compact and Mantis Elite are patented, ergonomically designed, eyepieceless optical inspection systems suitable for applications that require high-resolution stereo viewing. The microscopes, which provide optimal color rendition and a greater working distance for inspection and manipulation, are suitable for applications such as life sciences, manufacturing, electronics, precision engineering, plastics and medical devices. The Elite models offer a UV option and are used in defect inspection. The instruments have a large viewing area that optimizes user comfort, and they produce sharp 3-D stereo images.
