The PKM-PB process coupling modules launched by Vision & Control GmbH transmit machine vision results to standard industrial bus systems, allowing the user to employ machine vision components that are independent of the particular bus system used. Developed for programmable logic controller (PLC) connection, the modules increase the number of available PLC inputs and outputs to eight of each. The robust modules are electrically insulated and short-circuit-protected, and different modules can be interconnected in one device. They feature DIN-rail mounting and input voltages of 9 to 36 VDC.
