A compact 16-channel fiber-coupled laser module for laboratory and industrial applications has been unveiled by WT&T Inc. Each channel in the device operates either in single mode, at up to 10 mW, or in multimode, at up to 35 mW. The laser emits at 660 to 670 nm — with a spectral width of 0.1 to 0.5 nm FWHM — in continuous wave or in external modulation mode at up to 150 MHz. The device provides good power stability and includes an FC/APC connector for fiber output.
