The Watermill Group of Waltham, Mass., has launched MultiLayer Coating Technologies LLC in conjunction with its acquisition of the technology and assets of the contract coating business of Polaroid Corp. in New Bedford, Mass. The new company will continue the third-party business relationships from the acquired operation as well as pursuing new customers.
