FEI and Malvern Team Up

FEI Co. of Hillsboro, Ore., and Malvern Instruments Ltd. of Malvern, UK, have entered into a joint development and marketing program for advanced nanoparticle analysis. FEI’s Quanta scanning electron microscopes will be used with Malvern’s particle image analysis software.
