Bruker AXS GmbH of Karlsruhe, Germany, announced that it has acquired all the equity of privately held Quantron GmbH from the company’s founders. Quantron, established in 2002, develops, manufactures and distributes arc/spark optical emission spectroscopy systems for many metals analysis applications. Bruker-Quantron GmbH will expand its Kleve, Germany, location to provide stationary and mobile spectroscopy systems.
