The KL RGB LED ringlight introduced by klughammer industrie gmbh comprises red (592 nm), green (520 to 535 nm) and blue (464 to 475 nm) LEDs. The different colors can be switched on separately, in pairs or all together. The latter produces white light that the company says shows better detail than conventional white light. Intensity also can be regulated. Diameters range from 50 to 66 mm, allowing adaptation to most standard microscopes, and special sizes can be ordered. For easy integration into OEM applications, the cable is attached from above. A UV ringlight is offered optionally.
