Shortwave infrared linear digital video line-scan cameras are offered in OEM quantities from SUI, Goodrich Corp. Based on proprietary InGaAs detector technology, they operate at room temperature, contain no moving parts and work with standard glass optics. Several array sizes and geometries are available, with pixel counts of 256, 512 or 1024. The cameras can be ordered with either 25- or 50-μm pitch, and with standard near-IR linear arrays from 800 to 1700 nm or with extended wavelength arrays from 1100 to 2200 nm. They are Camera Link-compatible and provide 14-bit digital output with continuous or triggered scanning modes.
