Structured Materials Industries Inc. of Piscataway, N.J., has received a Phase I Small Business Innovative Research grant from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The grant will fund research aimed at developing a tunable, continuous-wave, high-efficiency, high-power terahertz source.
