IR CAMERA

Cedip_pr83.jpgCedip Infrared Systems’ Silver 660M infrared camera combines a proprietary cooled indium-antimonide staring focal plane array detector with readout integrated circuit technology. The 640 × 512-pixel camera is programmable from 1 to 100 Hz in full-frame mode and offers a subarray windowing mode with integration time adjustable in 1-μs increments. Packaged in an aluminum housing, it dissipates heat by conduction only. The camera, which delivers typical 15-mK sensitivity, has plug-and-play compatibility with standard computers and with third-party frame grabbers and image processing software. Via a Camera Link or USB 2.0 interface, it transmits commands and transfers video images at a 40-MHz pixel rate with full 14-bit dynamic range. Image analysis software for thermal measurement is included.
