IMM Meßtechnologie GmbH has developed the OEM Mini-TEC, a module that fits easily into optical measuring, bioanalysis and inspection systems. The thermoelectrically cooled module’s laser head has an outer diameter of 25 mm and is 58 mm long, and the temperature control casing measures 32 × 65 × 115 mm. The system is available in wavelengths from 375 and 405 nm up to 1064 nm. The temperature regulation for the thermoelectric cooler is independent of the laser diode module, and one minute after the module is turned on, the cooler is stabilized.
