Universal Display Awarded Grants from the US Department of Energy

Universal Display Corp. of Ewing, N.J., has been awarded two Phase I Small Business Innovative Research grants from the US Department of Energy. Each $100,000 grant will enable the company to focus on improving the performance and efficiency of white organic LED lighting technology with PHOLED, a phosphorescent organic light-emitting device.
