The H-7650 transmission electron microscope unveiled by Hitachi High-Technologies Corp. offers high-resolution camera integration options. The fully digital 120-kV device enables navigation, image acquisition and full microscope parameter control within one software package. Simultaneously, a side-mount camera can provide a wide field of view, and a bottom-mount camera can provide high magnification. Either position can be used for the tomography acquisition system, which automatically acquires a high-resolution tilt series. A dual-mode objective lens provides high-contrast imaging on unstained specimens.
