The x.ldm series 405- to 830-nm diode laser modules from Linos Photonics Inc. are available with output power from 0.9 to 25 mW and with circular or elliptical output beams. Compatible with the company’s Nanobench and Microbench optical bench systems, the compact, lightweight OEM devices feature integral control electronics, protective circuitry and beam-collimating optics. Their specifications include performance stability of <5, beam stability of <0.2 mrad/°C, beam divergence of <0.6 and 0.6 × 3 μrad and operating temperature of –10 to 50 °C. Versions that can be modulated are available.
