Zygo Corp. has expanded its line of high-performance 3-D optical profilers with the release of the NewView 600 series. The series is designed for fast, noncontact 3-D surface topography measurements. It offers high-precision, simplified operation, configuration flexibility and advanced data analysis in a compact footprint. The NewView 600 is available as a stand-alone system or as an integrated metrology module for OEM applications.
