The LD200-0AG-15D is a discrete 5-mm standard dome aqua green LED that has been released by Ledtronics Inc. The water-clear lens, 525-nm LED has a narrow 15° viewing angle and an InGaN diode with optical-grade epoxy. At 20 mA, it produces 28,000-mcd illumination, which is visible even in direct sunlight. The LEDs can be used as individual pixels in dot-matrix and full-color screens, moving signs, displays, miniature lamps, standard electrical-based bulbs, theater décor, push-button switches, telecommunications data products, backlighting and medical equipment lighting.
