StockerYale Inc. of Salem, N.H., will acquire the assets and intellectual property of Spectrode LLC of Wilmington, Mass., a developer of pulsed thulium-doped fiber laser technology. All of the latter company’s patents — current and pending — will be transferred, and development of the laser technology will continue on behalf of StockerYale in support of defense-related applications.
