Imra America Inc. of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Toptica Photonics AG of Munich, Germany, have signed a license agreement. The contract grants Toptica licenses for a large number of Imra’s patents related to ultrafast fiber lasers and will enable the German company to expand its product offerings in the industrial and scientific markets
