The AccuVision internal backlit conveyors from Conveyor Technologies Ltd. feature high-intensity LEDs and a translucent belt for increased illumination during automatic or manual visual inspection. Resistant to damage from shock or vibration and free from frequency oscillation, the LED light modules are suitable for use with high-speed digital cameras. Available in white and red, they operate on 15 VDC. The system is fully customizable for a variety of industries and is available in six widths, from 2 to 12 in.; in five lengths, from 6 to 30 in.; and in belt widths from 2.5 to 24 in. The low-profile, open-stand, single-piece steel conveyor bridge with low-vibration-isolation mounts is 2.28 in. tall. It allows quick belt change and the attachment of additional devices. Controlled acceleration and deceleration are available in fixed-speed, variable-speed and indexing-drive modes.
