Lumenera Corp. has released the Le575 family of 5-megapixel video surveillance network cameras. Streaming 2560 × 1920 pixels at 6 fps, the cameras transmit jpeg images across a 10/100BaseT network and enable digital zoom within a digital/network video recorder system. They are available in color and with options such as weatherproof enclosures, various 1/2-in. lenses and compatibility with IR lighting. The camera includes the company’s standard user interface and API, which supports partner-developed software and hardware.
