A laser interferometer upgrade kit for the MiniFiz temporal phase shifting interferometers from ADE Phase Shift has been developed by 4D Technology Corp. The kit includes an updated high-speed computer system running Windows software and the proprietary 4Sight wavefront analysis software, which increases the analysis, filtering, visualization and output tools for better functionality and flexibility. The standard kit also includes a frame grabber board, an analog-to-digital converter board, a piezo phase-shift driver and documentation. The upgrade can be self-installed or integrated by the company at its facilities, and on-site training is available.
