Edison Opto Opens Plant in China

Edison Opto Corp., a Taiwan-based manufacturer of high-power LEDs, has opened a production facility in Dongguan, China, to expand its services in optical, mechanical and electronic design and thermal management. The company estimates that the plant could produce 3 million LEDs monthly.
