An encoded photometric near-infrared analyzer, the MultiComponent 2750, has been unveiled by Aspectrics Inc. It has a spectral range from 1375 to 2750 nm and operates at a speed of 100 scans per second, allowing users in the process industry to monitor their processes in real time. The company also introduced MultiComponent, an encoded photometric infrared analyzer that has 128 photometric channels and that also scans at a rate of 100 per second. Both include a standard software suite for real-time data acquisition, instrument control, data playback and quantitation.
