Nanya Technology Orders ESI Repair Systems
Nanya Technology Corp. of Taoyuan, Taiwan, has ordered ultraviolet laser memory repair systems from Electro Scientific Industries Inc. of Portland, Ore. The Taiwanese memory chip maker will use the Model UV9835 repair systems for producing its 90-nm, 70-nm and smaller dynamic RAM devices.
