For pumping of solid-state lasers, materials processing and medical applications, Jenoptik Laserdiode GmbH has introduced the Jold-x-CPNN-1L/Jold-200-QPNN-1L passively cooled diode lasers on a 25 × 25-mm industry-standard mount. They emit 80 W of CW power at 808 nm and 100 W between 915 and 976 nm, or 200 W of quasi-CW power at 808 nm from one bar. Typical operating current is 112 A, and maximum operating voltage is 1.8 V in CW mode; in pulsed mode, 180 A and 2.2 V, respectively. The lasers also are available with fast-axis collimation with 90% of initial optical output power within 0.5°.
