Safety glasses with high transmission (HT) filters and DIN EN 207-certified protection are available from GPT Glendale Inc. The eyewear is treated with HT-YAG, a light green polymer filter with a visible luminous transmission of 68%. The company says that glass filters with similar optical density have a transmission of 72%. The eyewear is available in the XC frame style, which comes with a special insert for corrective lenses.
