Olympus America Inc. of Center Valley, Pa., has signed an agreement with Hamamatsu Corp. of Bridgewater, N.J., to distribute the latter’s Nanozoomer digital pathology system in the US and Canada. The virtual microscopy system delivers automated high-throughput slide scanning with high-quality imaging. Olympus offers a family of imaging-based systems for the Nanozoomer suite.
