IR CAMERAS

Electrophysics_Silver.jpgThe Silver series infrared cameras from Electrophysics offer frame rates that enable temperature measurement in high-speed applications. Based on a 320 × 256 InSb focal plane array sensor, the cameras deliver 20 mK sensitivity while maintaining high dynamic range and linearity across the 3 to 5-μm midwave spectral range. They feature a 27-mm lens with motorized focus and optional extenders, low-noise 14-bit digital electronics and user-performed calibration. The Silver 420M has a fully programmable frame rate of 1 to 100 Hz and the Silver 450M, of 1 to 400 Hz. Both models offer subwindowing modes that are adjustable in 1-μs increments. In the 80 × 60-subwindowing format, the 420M captures IR images at up to 1000 Hz and the 450M, at up to 20,000 Hz. An optional internal filter wheel accepts up to four 25-mm outside diameter × 1-mm filters for viewing subspectral ranges.
