Epoxy-free polarizing beamsplitter cubes for high-energy laser applications throughout the visible and NIR regions are available from Precision Photonics Corp. Combining ultraprecise fabrication and ion-beam-sputtered (IBS) coating and proprietary Chemically Active Direct Bonding technologies, the cubes offer extinction ratios >1000:1 and transmission >95% T_p, while maintaining suitable wavefront quality. They were tested to withstand energy densities of >10 J/cm² at 1064 nm in transmission and reflection. Standard cubes, available in operating ranges of 700 to 1100 nm, and 1064 nm, include IBS antireflection coatings on entrance and exit surfaces. Custom cubes are available at other wavelengths and sizes.
