Imaging Development Systems GmbH has added two models to its uEye LE camera series for applications such as microscopy, and medical and security technology. The 1466LE-C and 1467LE-C board-level models feature 3-megapixel resolution, a CMOS sensor with rolling shutter, an infrared filter and, the former, an S-mount connector with an M12 thread. The latter has an M14 adapter. The compact 36 × 36 × 20-mm package has a side USB 2.0 port for integration with minimum depth requirements. The cameras come with a comprehensive software package, including more than 20 demonstration programs, and include interfaces for all standard image processing systems.
