Lighting Science Group Corp. of Dallas, a provider of LEDs, has signed a distribution agreement with Philips Lighting Co. of Somerset, N.J. The latter company is a division of Philips Electronics North America Corp., which is an affiliate of Royal Philips Electronics. Philips will market, distribute and sell the company’s patented LED low-bay lighting products under its brand. Low-bay lighting is typically used in parking garages and in industrial and commercial applications.
