LumaSense Technologies Inc. of Santa Clara, Calif., is acquiring Mikron Infrared Inc. of Oakland, N.J. Under the terms of the merger, company stockholders will receive $11.50 per share. The transaction is valued at $65 million. LumaSense is a sensing information company serving the energy, medical, industrial and semiconductor markets.
