Alltec GmbH’s LC100 is a 10-W laser marking system that marks up to 1200 characters per second at a line speed of up to 10 m/s. It applies expiration and manufacture dates, ticket numbers, line codes, ID matrix and bar codes, logos, symbols, serial numbers, batch and lot codes, and content and weight specifications. The compact system accepts most common data formats, enabling use of standard CAD and graphics programs. It can be controlled via a handheld controller or online via a programmable logic controller, a PC or a host computer with an Ethernet or an RS-232 interface. It delivers 0° or 90° laser output. The Windows-based Smart Graph software provides multiple password-protected security levels.
