Sick Inc.’s Ranger high-speed three-dimensional camera for vision inspections captures up to 35,000 profiles per second and provides measurements down to <10 μm. Designed for flexibility, the camera has interchangeable optics and multiple interface options, including Camera Link and Gigabit Ethernet. In addition, it can be combined with a variety of application-specific light source arrangements. Multiscan technology allows simultaneous high-speed three-dimensional scanning, high-resolution gray-scale scanning and scatter inspection. The camera is suitable for large and small inspection applications in the electronic, semiconductor, robot vision and food industries.
