The Specdilas-D-BTF series from Laser Components IG Inc. is a distributed feedback diode laser for spectroscopy. Various wavelengths within the 1270- to 1854-nm range are available. The laser is coupled to a single-mode fiber in a butterfly package and has multiple quantum wells. It can be mounted on compact SOT hermetically sealable headers or pigtailed. It conforms to the Telcordia standard and is RoHS-compliant.
