Haas Laser Technologies Inc.’s HLT1000 high-precision laser micromachining system is suitable for machining metals, polymers, ceramics and semiconductors. It integrates lasers, industry-standard beam delivery components and motion control for machining features <15 μm. It is available with excimer, diode-pumped solid-state or CO₂ lasers or a combination as the light source. A computer numerical controller with a user-friendly interface drives the linear stages and scanner head. A bridge structure on a granite platform minimizes vibrations.
