DRYING CHAMBER

Interlab-Inc_LED-Dryer.jpgInterlab Inc. has added a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtered drying chamber for LED manufacturing processes to its line of evaporative drying systems. The design of the touch-panel-controlled MDS/250/LED goes beyond the company’s patented technique of incorporating HEPA or ultralow-particulate air (ULPA) filtration within the recirculating air path. It features a laminar flow guide that prevents the formation of particle-retaining turbulent pockets in the corners of the drying chamber. According to the company, the resulting miniature high-performance “inverted cleanroom” ensures freedom from contamination throughout the rapid drying cycle.
